BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, or approx. same amount fresh broccoli
1 can condensed cheese soup or 8-10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. coarsely crumbled saltines (12 crackers) or cornflakes
1 tbsp. butter

Cook broccoli, drain well. Place in 1 quart casserole. Blend together soup (cheese), milk, salt and pepper. Stir into broccoli. Combine crumbs and butter, sprinkle atop casserole. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serves 4-6 people.
