BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cheese soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. Saltine crackers, crushed (12 crackers)
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well. Place in a 1 quart casserole. Blend together soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir into broccoli. Combine crumbs and melted butter, sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serves 6.
