BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can condensed cheese soup
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. coarsely crumbled saltine crackers (12)
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli as indicated, drain good. Put in a 1 quart casserole dish. Blend soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in broccoli. Combine crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until heated through.
