BROCCOLI-CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 egg, beaten
12 saltine crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into nonstick 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, and serve.
