BROCCOLI-CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, thawed
1 (7 oz.) can Mexicorn
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. Chicken in a Biscuit crackers, coarsely crushed

Mix broccoli with corn. Crush crackers and melted butter. Gently mix 1/2 cup crumb mixture to vegetables. Place in buttered casserole dish and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered.
