ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. corn oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, diced
5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soya sauce
Pinch pepper
1 can Chinese noodles

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Shape beef into large patty and brown on both sides. Then break up with a fork. Add onions, celery and saute over medium heat 5 minutes. Mix in remaining ingredients except noodles and pour into casserole. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Then top with noodles and bake 10 minutes, uncovered.
