ORANGE BEETS 
2 cans beets
1/2 c. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Saute onion in butter. Stir in flour, orange juice, vinegar and sugar. Stir constantly until blended. Pour over beets. Heat through. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve. Serves 6.
