FETA CHEESE GARLIC DIP 
16 oz. Feta cheese
2 cloves fresh garlic
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1/2 tsp. white pepper, finely ground (black will do but will have specks)
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

In a food processor, add all ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.

I serve with bagel chips, toasted or non toasted pita bread.

I sometimes top with chopped black Greek olives.

You can put this in Ziploc style bags and freeze easily. I use snack size and always have something on hand.
