ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour (self rising)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. raisins

Beat eggs until light. Add oil, sugars, zucchini and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Fold in pecans and raisins. Bake in 2 loaf pans or a tube pan 350 degrees for 1 hour.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk

Mix together and cook (boil) 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over cake while hot.
