SPANISH RICE 
4 slices bacon
1 lb. beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. water
3/4 c. long grain rice
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. olives, sliced and drained

Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan. Cool and crumble. Brown beef, onion and pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 35 minutes. Top with bacon and olives.
