CRUST: 2 c. flour 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 c. butter or shortening, melted FILLING: 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. lemon juice 4 tbsp. flour 4 eggs Mix ingredients for crust together. Press into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix together ingredients for filling and pour on crust. Bake again for 25 minutes. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Cool. Cut into bars. Makes about 32 bars. |
