SUNBURST LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar

FILLING:

4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lemon

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 or 3 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine crust ingredients until crumbly. Press into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until light brown. Combine filling ingredients and pour over warm crust. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown. Cool. Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled bars. Cut into 36 bars.
