LEMON BARS 
2 c. flour
1 c. unsalted butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar

FILLING:

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs

TOPPING:

Sifted powdered sugar onto bars

350 degree oven. Mix crust ingredients as for pie crust. Put in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Turn up sides 1/2 inch or more, pat thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Mix filling ingredients well. Pour over the hot crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into bars.
