SWISS TURKEY QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. chicken-flavored instant bouillon
2 c. cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
Canned French fried onions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pastry shell 8 minutes; remove from the oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into the prepared pastry shell.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set, topping with French fried onions during the last 5 minutes.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
