ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 cans artichoke hearts, drain and chop
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 to 2 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Add to taste: oregano, garlic pod
Optional: add (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained

Mix ingredients as given. Heat 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 6 to 8. Serve with sturdy crackers.
