CHERRY CHEESE CUPCAKES 
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
1 can pie filling

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Put paper liners in muffin pan, place vanilla wafers on bottom of cups. Fill with mix 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degree for about 20 minutes. Let cool. Put pie filling on top.
