CHERRY CHEESE CAKE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
Vanilla Wafers
Cherry pie filling

Cream together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Put one vanilla wafer cookie in bottom of foil cupcake cup. Add batter 3/4 full. Bake about 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool down. Center sinks in. After cooled, top with cherry pie filling (approximately 4 cherries).
