CHERRY CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cupcake papers in muffin tin and place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, nutmeg and vanilla. Place enough of the mixture in each cup to nearly fill it. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes 24 cupcakes. Cover cupcakes and place in refrigerator overnight. Just before serving, spoon cherry pie filling over each cupcake.
