SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese (low-fat)
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
2 1/2 c. Bisquick (low-fat)

Cut cheese into cubes; place in top of double broiler. Cook over hot water, stirring frequently until melted. Place sausage, Bisquick and cheese in large mixing bowl; mix well. Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. May be frozen before baking. Place on cookie; freeze until firm, then place in freezer bags.
