SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. water

Soften cheese and grate. Mix together other ingredients. Roll in balls. Freeze if you want to use later. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. (You may cook and drain the sausage but you don't have to.)
