SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. can sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1 1/4 c. white sugar

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. pecans
3/4 stick butter

Mix all (but topping) together and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Topping: Melt butter. Mix with other ingredients. Spread over top of potatoes and bake 10 additional minutes.
