REUBEN CASSEROLE | |
12 oz. can corned beef 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing 1 lb. sauerkraut (can or jar) 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese (grated or slices) 6 slices rye bread, torn into bite size pieces Grease 9x12 pan. Crumble beef in the bottom. Drizzle dressing over beef. Drain kraut and sprinkle over dish and add cheese. Melt butter in skillet and gently toss bread until toasted. Sprinkle over mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
