REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, broken up
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
2 tomatoes, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. pumpernickel bread crumbs
9 x 13 inch glass baking dish

Place kraut in dish and spread. Sprinkle corn beef over top. Sprinkle a layer of cheese over top. Mix salad dressing together and spread over top. Place tomato slices over top. Sprinkle another layer of cheese over top. Melt butter and mix bread crumbs together. Spread.
