REUBEN CASSEROLE 
6 slices dark rye bread
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 lb. corned beef or smoked sausage, shredded
1 c. ranch style salad dressing
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Tear bread into bite size pieces and spread across bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole. Drizzle butter over bread. Spread sauerkraut over bread, then sprinkle corned beef over sauerkraut. Combine ranch dressing and ketchup and pour over corned beef. Cover with Mozzarella cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes until cheese is lightly browned. Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting. Makes 6-8 servings.
