BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 lb. pkg. ziti with lines
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 c. milk
Italian bread crumbs
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
6 oz. Soft Wispride Sharp Cheddar Cheese Food
8 slices American cheese

Cook ziti in boiling salted water until almost tender, al dente; drain and cove. In 2 quart double boiler melt butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add milk, cook and stir until bubbly (will not be thick). Add the 3 cheeses, the Wispride first, because it takes longest to melt. Put ziti in a greased baking dish, 9"x13"x2". Pour sauce over and mix. Sprinkle bread crumbs over mixture and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and brown. Serves 8. This recipe may be halved.
