PINTO BEAN PIE 
1 c. pinto beans with a little juice, mashed well
1 c. coconut
2 c. sugar
2 sticks melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs (beat before you mix)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients and stir well; pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
