APPLE DAPPLE PUDDING 
2 c. sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. warm milk

Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Combine dry ingredients and fold into sugar mixture. Add apples and nuts. Pour into greased, floured 10 x 18 inch pan. Set aside. Combine the 4 topping ingredients and boil 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over pudding. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
