BEAN SALAD 
1 can green beans
1 can wax (yellow) beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can garbanza beans
1 can black eyed peas
1 med. onion, chopped or sliced thin
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. crumbled tarragon
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. parsley

Mix together drained beans and other ingredients. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator. Sliced thin red onions and some pimento makes it look a little prettier.
