EASY BEAN SALAD 
2 (16 oz.) cans cut green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can chick peas, drained
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 c. no oil Italian dressing

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and toss until blended. Chill several hours before serving. Mix several times while chilling and before serving. Makes 7 cups. Per cup: 130 calories, 7% fat, 7 g. fiber.
