GRANDMA'S 4 BEAN SALAD 
1 lb. can yellow wax beans
1 lb. can green string beans
1 lb. can red kidney beans
1 lg. can garbanzo or chick peas
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 sm. can pimientos (opt.)

Drain beans thoroughly. Add the following: 1/3 c. salad oil 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix well and pour 3/4 cup vinegar over beans. Toss lightly. The flavor improves as the salad marinates.
