3 OR 4 BEAN SALAD 
1 can green beans (drained)
1 can yellow wax beans (drained)
1 can red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can garbanzo beans (drained), optional
1 med. onion, sliced, or green onions, cut up
1 green pepper, seeded and sliced into rounds

Mix: 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. pepper (black and red) 1/2 c. oil

Mix thoroughly. Add all the beans plus the onion and green pepper. Let stand several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve. Serves 12 or more.
