BACON AND BEAN SALAD 
1 can drained kidney beans
1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. chopped parsley, optional
1/3 c. chopped onion
8 to 12 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tsp. salt, dash pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine beans, cabbage, celery, onion and bacon. Add salt and pepper. Stir vinegar into mayonnaise, pour over salad mixture. Tos lightly. Chill. Serves 6.
