SWISS 'N BACON SALAD | |
DRESSING: 1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise 2 tbsp. sugar 10 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled SALAD: 2 c. torn iceberg lettuce 2 c. torn romaine lettuce 4 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into strips 1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Dressing will be thick. In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Just before serving, add dressing; toss until well coated. |
