COCONUT ISLANDS 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sqs. chocolate
1/4 c. coffee
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. coconut

Sift flour, soda and salt. Melt chocolate and coffee together. Cream butter and brown sugar, blend in egg and chocolate mixture. Add dry ingredients and sour cream. Stir in coconut. Bake rounded teaspoons on greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Frost with chocolate frosting and top with coconut.
