BUTTER CREAM FROSTING 
1 egg white
1 c. sugar
1 c. warm milk
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. black walnut (flavoring)

Beat egg white until very stiff. Add sugar slowly. Add milk slowly. Put aside. Beat remaining ingredients well. Add egg mixture slowly, beating after each addition, until well mixed. Will resemble whipped cream when done.
