CAKE FROSTING 
1 box powdered sugar
2 egg whites
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. flavoring (I use 1/2 vanilla and 1/2 almond)

This can be used as decoration frosting. Just tint desired color and pipe onto cake in desired designs.
