WINE BREAD 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. oil
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. sherry wine
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients for 4 minutes with electric mixer. Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Freeze for better cutting; take out 1 to 2 hours before eating.
