BANANA CRUNCH PIE 
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans
22 vanilla wafers, crushed
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 or 3 bananas
Cool Whip

While beating egg whites, add sugar and beat until stiff. Add crush vanilla wafers and coconut, nuts, salt and vanilla to egg whites. Spread in large pie plate, well buttered. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool. Slice bananas on top. Add Cool Whip over bananas. Chill.
