APPLE CRUNCH PIE 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

Combine ingredients in medium bowl. Mix well. Pat into ungreased 9 inch pie pan.

FILLING:

2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. sliced cooking apples
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Spoon into unbaked crust.

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. butter, softened

Combine ingredients in small bowl. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender.
