EMORY'S SPECIAL DESSERT | |
1 lg. can evaporated milk 1 box red Jello 3/4 c. hot water 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla 4 oz. can walnuts, chopped #303 can crushed pineapple 1 box vanilla wafers Freeze milk to ice crystals. Whip until it stands in peaks. Add sugar and vanilla. Keep cold. Add hot water to Jello. Let cool but not set. Beat until double in size and fluffy. Line pan with vanilla wafer crumbs. Add Jello to whipped cream. Beat on low speed. Fold in pineapple. Pour in pan. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts and crumbs. Keep in refrigerator. |
