ROYAL GRAPE DESSERT 
1 pt. grape juice
1/2 c. minute tapioca
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
20 vanilla wafers, crushed

Combine grape juice and tapioca and cook over boiling water until soft. Remove from heat, add sugar, orange juice, pineapple and nuts. Cool for a half hour.

When cool, pour half of mixture into a pan. Spread a layer of crumbs, then another layer of grape mixture.

Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Top with sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip. Serves 8.
