SUMMER FRUIT SALAD 
1 (17 oz.) can drained fruit cocktail
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks-tidbits, drained
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
1 sliced banana
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding

Add all ingredients together and stir until it starts to thicken. Add 3/4 cup Cool Whip, blend until thickened. Cover - cool - refrigerate.
