SUMMER FRUIT SALAD 
1/2 c. cubed melon or watermelon
1/2 c. fresh or canned pineapple in natural juice or light syrup
1 c. diced fruit: pears, apples, peaches, etc.
1/4 c. orange juice

Cut up fruit. Combine fruits and orange juice. Stir. Chill 1 hour or more.
