6 WEEK BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (12 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 qt. buttermilk

In large bowl mix together cereal, sugar, flour, soda and salt. Add eggs, vegetable oil and buttermilk. Mix well. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. This mixture makes 1 gallon and can be kept in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. DO NOT freeze batter but baked muffins freeze nicely.
