6 WEEK BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box of bran flakes with raisins
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 c. flour
1 c. wheat germ
5 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs (3 yolks removed)
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk

Mix all dry ingredients in a very large bowl. Add eggs, oil and milk. Store in a covered container and use as desired. Will last for 6 weeks.

Bake in muffin cups at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Makes 7 to 8 dozen.
