BELGIUM WAFFLES 
6 egg whites (beaten stiff)
6 egg yolks (beaten well)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt

Beat egg yolk; add milk, vanilla and butter; mix well. Add flour to milk mixture and beat well. Fold in egg whites. Bake in hot Belgium waffle iron. Serves 4. This is excellent with orange syrup.
