PEAR GELATIN SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lime or lemon gelatin
2 1/2 c. (20 oz.) #2 can pears, drained & mashed
1 3/4 c. liquid (add water to pear juice)
1/2 pt. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Heat liquid. Dissolve gelatin in it. Chill. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add to gelatin along with mashed pears. Fold in Cool Whip.
