ASPARAGUS WITH CHEESE 
1 pkg. frozen asparagus or about 2 c. fresh asparagus
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. buttered bread crumbs

Cook asparagus according to directions or in a small amount of water until tender. Place cooked asparagus in an oven proof baking dish. Pour on melted butter, Parmesan cheese and the buttered bread crumbs and place in a moderate oven, 350 degrees, or under the broiler until the cheese melts and the top is brown and bubbly. Makes 3 or 4 servings.
