CARROT-HORSERADISH CASSEROLE 
12 carrots, cooked, cut in pieces
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. sugar
Salt, to taste
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Mix and place in greased casserole. Cover with buttered crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
