A DIFFERENT BEAN SALAD 
2 pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
2 cans red kidney beans, washed & drained
8 ribs celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped

SAUCE:

1 c. wine vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. flour

Bring sauce ingredients to a rolling boil and pour over other ingredients while still hot.
